special order details:
Emails/Office hours are 8am-3pm. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
All special orders require a 48 hour notice at minimum and this must fall within office hours.
When ordering minis, we suggest three per person. Minis only come in a traditional round shape with raised dough, no fritters, cake donuts, twists, bars or savory please.
We do not offer assembly or supplies for donut towers or donut walls.
We do not offer large, novelty sized donuts.
We will do our best to color match for your event! But we do not draw pictures/write on donuts.
Sorry, we do not deliver and we do not allow special orders to be ordered via our third party delivery companies (DoorDash/ GrubHub).
Due to a high request for special orders, getting your order in as soon as possible is recommended. We can not guarantee your order will be accepted so please do not wait until the last minute. Unfortunately we have had to turn away orders in the past due to filling up. We are more than happy to take special orders many months in advance.
We do not offer tastings.
For weddings and large orders we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Ths deposit will not be refunded if you cancel. If you change your date, another deposit will be required for the new date. Your $50 deposit will come off your final invoice. Full payment is required two weeks prior to event.
Please be advised, an 20% gratutity will be added to all special orders over $150.

Traditional Sized donuts
Donuts are individually priced and start at $3.75 and up. Due to increasing food costs, we are not offering bulk discounts at this time.
mini donuts
Mini donuts are the cutest! They are always a hit at any event or brunch. Order several flavors so your guests can try one of everything! We recommend ordering three per guest. A minimum order of 12 minis are required per flavor. Minis are individually priced and range between $1.75-$2.5. Please be advised minis only come in a traditional circle shape with raised dough. We do not make mini bars, cake donuts, twists, fritters or savory. We can use glazes from bars or fritters though! Due to increasing food costs, we are not offering bulk discounts at this time.
letters
Letters are such a fun way to tell someone how you REALLY feel! Donut letters can be mismatched flavors and are $3.5 a letter. Six letter minimum required per order. Letter donuts can not be filled, be made as a fritter or a savory flavor. We can use the glaze for your letters that go on filled or fritters though.
last notes
We do not sell/donate or encourage our customers to eat our donuts as day olds. For this reason, any orders not picked up the day they have been assigned, will be held until the end of the business day and then composted.
As per our policy, we are not responsible for calling customers to remind them of their orders and we will not hold onto donuts for the next day.
Customers will not receive a refund or replacement if they come in to pick them up any days after their scheduled day. We want you to have the freshest donuts possible, so please pick them up on the day you ordered them for! We don’t like empty bellies and we don’t like food waste!
